November 4th in the evening, the community gathered and were treated to a new event – Rock & Roll Bingo. Music and videos were played throughout the night to win Bingo Rounds. People were singing along with their favorite songs while playing the game. Silent Auction Baskets and 50/50 were also available.
Club member Rich Lagemann ran the event with help from Wright City High School Key Club members, Ed Radginski and Sue Wright. Winners from each round won a fake guitar and were entered into a guitar mime play off. Karen Girondo was at Registration and Michelle Smith, along with her husband Greg, ran the 50/50. Other Kiwanis members ran the Silent Auction and assisted throughout the night.
Everyone who attended had a great time and the profits went to support the club’s signature project, the Wright City Kiwanis Sports Closet.
